SBuzzkill
You don't need to do anything. May is not bad yet and you will acclimate pretty quickly once you're there, in fact there will be some morning formations that you will be pretty cold (especially when you get sick, and you will). SBuzzkill
http://www.quad-a.or...ese_1211p12.pdf Interesting article. 69% selection rate last year for street-to-seat and only 21% for in-service. Granted, only ~250 civvies were boarded vs almost 1000 service guys. I remember the old CWOAB saying a year or two ago that they were looking to increase street-to-seat selection. I wonder what this year will hold. Edited January 7, 2012 by SBuzzkill
t.o.n.y
Wow, that number sounds extremely high for WOFT applicants. Almost 70% were taken?
t.o.n.y
http://www.quad-a.org/images/pdf/Magazine/July2011/ReeseJuly2011p12.pdf According to that pilot slots have increased for this year and will again in 2015
akscott60
Its amazing to me how few civilians actually went thru with the packet. I was expecting at least four times as many people as that. Oh well, ya snooze, ya loose.
