eagle5
So far according to the survey not a lot using the remote control pad. Too bad, I saw it at Heliexpo, looked pretty cool.

Flying Pig
My last place I worked used carts pushed by a little pick up truck. Where I am now we use the heliporters. I prefer the dolly carts.
Wally
We use the skid ground handling wheels, a wheeled towbar and whatever prime mover is available. Pushing two tons of helicopter up any slope, across the door tracks and into a hangar full of new aircraft without precise power is an accident waiting to happen. Guest pokey
i have made my own design, sold a couple a dozen of them for : jetRangers, enstroms, ec120, bell 47, and of korse ! the good ole 300. Been using my 1st one on my personal 300 since about 1993. All kinds of variants, hand pulled, all kinds of tow bars, hydraulic drive, steering, control box.... one customer who was an electronics whizz? he turned his into remote control, it eliminated the wire==but? i didn't trust it enuf to warrant it .... i can just picture the battery going flat in the transmitter or receiver and the ship ends up in the river out of control.......
