Its unfortunate that the pilot didn't understand how a turbine engine operates. I wouldn't be surprised if he/she was a recent crossover from one of the piston Robinsons. He/she appears to have not given the turbine time to spool up, and essentially settled with power. Showing off was apparently more important that flying the helicopter within its limits and the pilots.

As a piston Robby pilot who only had around 400hrs the first time I flew a 206, and spent most of my time in it just above and below ETL, I'd bet that being a crossover has nothing to do with it and its simply some douch hot-dogging around!
