I am prior service USMC, civilian now, going to WOCS in January as a S2S. Since we skip the boot camp part and go straight to WOCS, I'm am just trying to get an idea of what kind of stuff to show up with. I was sent an Introduction packet with a gear list, but obviously I don't have any of it... Any tips for arrival would be appreciated. PhrogGuy Posted September 22, 2020 Report Share Posted September 22, 2020 You will get your initial uniform issue at Rucker and go to CIF to get 782 gear. Super simple. Don’t wig out if your clothing marking gets jacked up. I wouldn’t go dropping more money on replacements. I went through about 6 years ago but don’t imagine it has changed that much. When I can from MEPS I had pretty much nothing but the clothes on my back and orders. You’ll get all your stuff when you in-process after Quarantine. Make sure your rank and pay are right on your orders from MEPS. I’m still fighting for backpay. Sorry Jan 3rd WOCS report date and class starts the 10th I’m finishing BCT tomorrow and WOBC starts feb 26th but I have to be there early to quarantine and do other things. Awesome! Congrats! My date is contingent on another guy not getting a waiver. I will be there because there is only 10 days between the two and I’m not allowed to leave because of quarantine. And yes I applied for my housing like six months ago and have already adjusted my dates with Corvias to WOCS grad date. But I graduate bct tomorrow so I have hardly any time between my courses. We’re probably in the same class, 21-04? Just found out last week I’m going, no milsuite, no blackboard. Found out through Facebook that report date was earlier than I was told. It’s been great!
