Numbers are going down Qualified and quality should go hand and hand. Meeting Minimum requirements still get soldiers killed.So if we are qualified with even a few points higher than minimum standards... with the number of applicants decreasing, not reaching even the number of slots allotted by USAREC... according to supply and demand, the acceptance rate (demand) should be increasing as the the number of applicants (supply) decreases.
