Just finished my board interview today. Feel free to ask any questions, but it basically went down as others have said other than I actually had 4 officers on my board instead of 3. I had to knock 3 times, enter and report to the board, then sit when told.

They asked questions like:

What's do you think the differences between a commissioned officer and warrant officer are?

Does your family support you in your decision?

What kind of responsibilities to you think you will have in the Army as a leader?

What are the Army values and which one is the most important one to you?

What personal value outside of the Army values do you think is important?

And a few other general questions regarding leadership and how I feel about the Army.

I was really nervous for the first few minutes, but warmed up to everything after a few minutes and did well. They really just want to see if you are a good fit.

SoCal asked me:
Why I want to be an army woft aviator?
What made me think I would be a good pilot?
Why the army?
How did my family feel about it?
In the last couple years could I describe a situation where I was in a leadership position and had to deal with someone who wasnt cooperating with the group. And how I fixed said situation.
The also asked if there was anything I was afraid of.
