01CelicaGTS Posted November 5, 2012 Report Share Posted November 5, 2012 Just got an interesting phone call... I wanted it to be suspensful!! It was a false alarm. My recruiter called me, so I was thinkin "this must be bad news, we're not supposed to hear till tomorrow." He told me that the first sergeant wants me to come down to the office to fill out some paperwork, then come in on Wednesday to be briefed for enlistment on Thursday. I was like, "wait, so you mean I was selected?"........................................................................................................................................................................................................Nope, he just wants to be prepared since the first sergeant has a good feeling about me being selected. Doh! I was like, can't you just wait till you get the results, it's only one more day. I guess our MEPS fills up fast, and they can only take a certain number of people per day.
