Right on time, if nobody comments for at least two days who ever he is can't take it and feels the need to post again. Let it sit for another two days and I'm sure we'll get something like "is it ok to have a pierced nose"

guys thats interesting i guess about me being talked about but i dont know...i hope it doesnt come back to haunt me

 

Ive been keeping up on my pt, got my pushups a little higher but ive stopped my runs because shins are still hurting like you know what and yesterday when i ran i felt a pain mid way up my leg on the side...someone told me it might be a stress facture because i have a little bit of a limp. I'm just going to ice and it give it some time but pushups and situps i at least can still do. Wish me luck

 

Run slower.

Work on form and minimizing impact: toes straight ahead, neutral strike with no 'scuffing', raising your knees, shorten your stride to baby-steps- but don't stop running or you'll lose whatever conditioning you have accomplished. Go as slow as you have to go to keep running with minimal impact, even if walkers strolling along pass you.

I freaking hate'em but- stretches before and after...

Wally thanks i think changing how I run can help ...i run more flat footed now but going to try to put more weight when I run on the front part of my feet to see if that does something ... Doing that might put more strain on my calfs but less on my bones which is better

i don't really know what to make of all this entertainment and if i'm real or not.. Isnt this supposed to be about about woft? lol i don't know. I'm just posting my thoughts but if you guys want to make more of it then go ahead and trade if you want to keeping saying i'm fake then just go ahead...I think its sort of silly but you can believe what you want...thats what our country is all about and we have the freedom to say and think what we want...and i'll leave it at that

If PT improvement is your thing, get some C4 preworkout, a good whey protein, and maybe some creatine. Then look up MFT28 on Bodybuilding.com. Your muscles will hate you, your recruiter will thank me.I

 

That guy is such a douche, I can't watch those vids, workouts look brutal though.

up to 202 but thats not with my recruiter but should be pretty close....but getting a little better and chest and arms are starting to change with my training

Is your entire life goal to tattle tale? It's getting old. The Shindig character is a douche (who btw has a better chance of winning the lottery than becoming a warrant, if he indeed is real), but you're complaining about every little thing and no one really cares.

To be honest, your right and I apologize. I played in to his game and that's my fault. I guess I'm just a bit too old and don't really understand why some feel the need to do what this person does. It would have better to just watch this train wreck from the bleachers and let the others that have kept this thread going for 31 pages deal with him.

 

Just one thing in defense, I am not the only one that posted what this idiot sends in his messages, and this was only the second time I have done so. I don't believe that makes it a life goal

trade, i think its better just to worry about yourself trying to become a warrant and not me...i would hope you have bigger fish to fry than to try and expose me all the time...I mean i don't know maybe your a good guy but it just seems like your always fishing for something

 

anyways.....

 

flight physical scheduled next week finally ...if anyone has any advice or heads up would be great to know...i'm a little nervous about it since i was told its going to be a two day thing and i'm afraid that one little thing might dq me. I know you guys are going to laugh but i'm being serious when i say the blood draw is my big fear because i read they take 6x what they take at meps...so instead of one tube, they do 6. That seems like a lot and i asked my recruiter to confirm but he wasnt sure. Another thing is my height...i'm 5-7 and 1/2. Im just glad this will be one more step out of the way for me...and i still have to work on my paperwork...like letters and resume. I'm gettin there guys

Just to clear things up, I am a prior service USCG LT with two sons that decided to fly for the Army and branched Aviation. My time to apply for warrant has long past.

 

I give up, Best of luck Shindig, I hope you get all the support you can if you end up at Rucker with those that post on this board.
